More than 80% of contracts traded at Kalshi involved sports last week, with that percentage rising to more than 90% over the weekend.

The top five markets for the week were all based on sports; only eight of the top 20 markets involved non-sports markets.
Betting on single NBA games during the conference finals was far and away the most popular market to trade via Kalshi
Robinhood recently added markets for NBA and NHL futures and single-game markets (moneyline equivalents).
Baseball single-game markets, which had started slowly, are now one of the most traded markets on Kalshi.
The Indy 500 was the second-most traded market on Sunday, behind the NBA single-game markets.
WNBA single-game markets, which launched just last week, immediately moved into the top 20.
